Summer Sabbath

This July Mustang Naz Is Practicing Sabbath Rest

What Is Summer Sabbath?

Click the cards below for official schedules!

Dear Mustang Naz Family,

Did you know it takes the over 100 volunteers to make our weekly small groups, Sunday School, Kids, Youth, and Worship opportunities possible?

God had blessed us with an amazing, eclectic, and committed team of servants, so with that in mind, we are going to try something new this year to help our team rest, recharge, and recreate the calling God has given to each of them.

In the month of July, we are encouraging our leaders to practice "Summer Sabbath" as an act of stewardship and worship.

This means our usual opportunities to gather will be different. We invite you to think differently about how we will be meeting together as a fellowship community in July. Be creative! Continue to meet, but meet for dinner, play in the park, invite your neighbors over, and continue praying together and spending time in the scriptures.

Sometimes breaking from our typical routines creates space for God to break through in our lives in new and unexpected ways.

Don't worry though! While our regular weekday activities take a break, we will still gather every Sunday at 10:30 AM for Worship and you can join us for coffee and donuts in the gym each Sunday at 9:50 AM.

Thank you for being so dedicated, and enjoy this rest and fellowship season!

Blessings,

Pastor Nate
