Hello there! My name is Shane MacQuarrie, and we are going to begin a new small group on the 18th of September at 6:30 PM.

This group is focused on helping us have meaningful conversations with our teens and children. I am a father of 2 wonderful, grown, children, and I wish that I had a resource like this when my children were younger.

Ever feel like you are not equipped to answer your teen’s tough questions?

Does it seem like you are trying to prove that you are “in the know” about the world your kid is living in?

This is where this new class comes in.

The resources we are using provide video and written resources. They capture many of the issues teens face today and have developed impactful, Bible centered, responses to help inform parents and help them to engage on a more meaningful level.

We will watch videos and review parent guides, in addition to building relationships with one another and supporting our families as they deal with some complex issues. I know that some of you have already had some of these experiences, and this class will allow you to share what did, and didn’t, work for your family.

Rather than having one long, and awkward, discussion with your teens, let’s begin to formulate a path involving many short conversations.

This will help us build our relationships with our teens and each other.
