Family Resource: As a challenging activity, I invite you to try something for the next seven days. When you first get up tomorrow and right before you sleep, do this: Sitting on the edge of your bed, take three deep breaths. As you slowly release each breath, tell God what you’re thankful for. You can do this out loud or quietly. Write down three things you are grateful for at the end of every day.

Prayer Emphasis: Every day this week at 4 PM, pray for the opportunity to say thank you to someone every day.
